KGNHQ is being shaped as a sharper home for active projects, operating systems, and the next things worth building. Less placeholder energy. More signal, structure, and momentum.
First release is in progress now. The site will open as a focused index of work in motion rather than a generic landing page.
Direction
The goal is to make KGNHQ feel like a control room, not a brochure. The design is intentionally sparse, with stronger hierarchy, denser meaning, and fewer decorative detours. Each section should explain what is active, what is changing, and what belongs in the next release.

A founder studio, not a splash screen.
Expect a compact set of pages with stronger writing, clearer project surfaces, and a better sense of what is actually being built.
Status
Infrastructure is live, publishing is wired to R2, and the first visual pass is now online. The remaining work is content depth, project framing, and a more precise public narrative.
